Favourable payment terms are available for the purchase of property within the Paradise II development, as follows:
- 25% upon signing contract
- 60% in 12 instalments every 3 months over a 36-month period, with the first instalment payable one month after signing the contract
- 15% upon delivery (2 years after signing contract)

| In other words, if you buy a property for LE 1,000,000, you will pay LE 250,000 upon signing the contract, LE50,000 one month after signing the contract and 11 further instalments of LE50,000 every 3 months over the next 3 years and LE150,000 upon delivery of the property. |
