El Rancho Horse Riding Stables
Our on-site, horse riding stables, expertly managed by Hanni Bakir, offer a range of horse-riding activities. Whether you are a complete novice or an accomplished horseman or woman, we can tailor a riding programme to meet your requirements.
Our location immediately adjacent to the nature reserve of Nabq Protectorate offers many opportunities for either horse or camel riding treks. Enjoy an early morning ride to watch the sunrise over Tiran Island or sunset rides through this amazing natural wilderness and marvel as the desert and its mountains change colour. Overnight trips are also possible; camping with the Bedouin and enjoying their hospitality. Scuba Diving / Snorkelling
The dive sites of Sharm attract divers from all round the world. Ras Mohammed National Park is renowned for the world class dive sites of Shark and Yolanda Reef; their fantastic corals teeming with colourful reef fish, which lure schools of barracuda, Jackfish, tuna and sharks. This marvellous underwater world is not just the preserve of qualified divers; dive centres offer PADI courses from beginner up to instructor level. Snorkelling from boats or the shore is possible for non-divers.
Quad Biking
Fancy an adventure? Explore the desert on a 4-wheel quad-bike! Ride out into the desert at sunset and return under the cover of darkness. We can arrange quad bike excursions with the nearby centre.
Extreme Sports and Paint-Balling
Fancy something a little different while on holiday? We can arrange bungee-jumping, trampolining or paint-balling activities.
